Online Bill Pay Upgrade

We're enhancing our Online Bill Pay to better serve you!


With new, innovative financial solutions constantly emerging, we are committed to finding the right products to meet your needs, which is why we are excited to announce enhancements to our Online Bill Pay. As an added bonus, we will be fully equipped to begin implementing Zelle® in the near future, with our new Online Bill Pay platform.
 

HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT.

Beginning October 1, you will have access to a new and improved bill pay platform within home banking. While our team is working to make this conversion as seamless as possible for you, action is required on your part. All existing bill payment accounts will have to be re-enrolled within the new bill pay system.

Avoid interruptions to your scheduled bill pay transactions by completing the following by September 18:

  • Review, make adjustments and/or consider alternate payment options for any payments scheduled for September 30 through October 15.
  • Print or record all payee information for reference during re-enrollment.
  • Save any important payment history/information.
  • Prepare to re-enroll all bill pay accounts within the new platform beginning October 1.
