Send & Receive money with Zelle. Access Zelle through your online banking (located in the Services tab, under Bill Pay) or mobile app (located under Quick Links).

New Online Banking Instructions

Current Users

To login, use your 6-digit member number as the Logon ID/User ID. The Logon ID/User ID must contain at least 6 digits. If your member number is less than 6 digits, you must enter leading zeros to make it 6 digits. For example:

  • Member # 12345 must be entered as 012345
  • Member # 1234 must be entered as 001234

The Security Code/Password are the last 4 digits of the PRIMARY account holder's Social Security number.

After verification, you will be prompted to create a new User ID and Password. Your new User ID must be between 6 and 20 characters in length. Spaces are not allowed in the User ID. Please note that you may NOT use the following for your User ID:

  • Member Number
  • Social Security Number
  • Email Address

Your new Password must be 9 characters in length and must meet the following requirements:

  • Must contain an Upper Case letter
  • Must contain a Lower Case letter
  • Must contain at least two (2) numbers
  • Must contain at least one of these special characters: !@#$%^&*

After setting up your new User ID & Password, you will be prompted to select new security questions, and review/accept the Terms & Conditions. After accepting the Terms & Conditions, you may begin using online banking to manage and monitor transactions, anywhere and anytime 24/7.

New Users

First time users will need to click on enroll in online banking to get started. During enrollment, you will need to verify the following:

  • 6-Digit Member Number
  • Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
  • Street Number (numbers only, exclude street name)

Once verified, you will be sent a security code via text message or email. Afterwards, you will be prompted to create a new User ID and Password. Coin Machine

Quickly convert your loose change into cash when visiting a coin machine enabled branch. This freature is FREE to all United Community Members. Coin machine's are availble at the Crosby and Normandy branch.

Debit Card

By simply opening a United Community checking account, you have access to a free Visa Debit Card. Our Visa Debit Card offers an easy way to access your credit union account to withdraw cash and access other services and it’s accepted anywhere Visa is accepted.

You can travel virtually anywhere and pay without cash and there’s no interest because the money is withdrawn directly from your checking account.

Mobile Wallet

What is a mobile wallet? Mobile wallet offers a quick, easy and secure way to make payments. Instead of swiping or inserting a traditional card, you can use your mobile device to pay for purchases. But first, you'll have to get your card set up on your device!

How do I set up my mobile wallet? There are several different types to choose from depending on your device, including Apple Pay®*, Google Pay*, and Samsung Pay©*. Simply download your preferred mobile wallet app from your phone's app store, follow the steps and add your eligible credit card of choice. Then call 844-646-5467 to verify your card. Once verified, you may begin using your mobile wallet in stores, online and for in-app purchases.

Is my mobile wallet safe? Shop confidently knowing that when using your United Community Card via the wallet app, there are three layers of protection. 

  1. Secure device
    Biometric data, like a fingerprint, face recognition or a device PIN mean no one can pay on your device without your authorization.
  2. Encrypted details
    To make sure transactions are safe from fraud, your Card details are never stored on your phone. Instead, your device is given a unique token that’s then sent to the seller.
  3. Fraud protection and alerts
    You’ll have the same Fraud Protection as you have on your physical card. You can also set up alerts that let you know if anything odd or unusual happens to your account.

Pay Direct

United Community offers Pay Direct, a fast and convenient way to pay your UCCU loan from an external financial institution on a recurring basis; weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Direct Deposit is a secure way to automatically deposit your paycheck, retirement check or other reoccurring income while saving you time and money.  Funds are available the same day the check is issued.

Use the Web Payments Center to quickly and securely make your loan or credit card payments using funds from another checking or savings account or debit/credit card.

E-Statements

Review your account statements online at any time.  Statements are posted monthly in printer-friendly format and can easily be printed or saved to your computer for later use.

To switch to e-statements, simply login to online banking and click on the E-Statements link located under the Services tab.


Bill Pay

Accessible through our Online Banking, Bill Pay allows you to make payments of up to $5,000, per transaction. Our team monitors your Bill Pay transactions to mitigate fraud for free. Bill Pay's Member Support line can be reached at 833-405-0518 from 6 A.M. to 12 A.M. Monday-Sunday.

Overnight Fee. There is a $14.95* per transaction fee for overnight checks. The payment is remitted as a check and is sent via UPS Overnight Delivery. Once remitted, the UPS tracking number is emailed to the subscriber. The cutoff time is 3 P.M. CT for next business day delivery.

Same Day Fee. There is a $9.95* per transaction fee for same day payments to select payees. The payment is remitted electronically and cannot be canceled once scheduled. The cutoff time can be as late as 9 P.M. CT; however, can vary by biller.

Account to Account Transfer (A2A). Outbound transfers: $2.00 fee per transfer; Inbound transfers are FREE. A2A transfers may take 3 to 5 business days to clear. This service allows subscribers to transfer funds to/from their UCCU checking account to/from their checking account that they have with another financial institution. The cutoff time is 9 P.M. CT.
