Lobby Access Open - Face Coverings Required

As a safety precaution in relation to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all branch lobbies have re-opened at regular business hours with lobby occupancy restrictions in place. For the safety of our staff, members are required to wear a face covering and will be asked to present proof of identification upon entering the branch.

In order to uphold social distancing, we will continue to offer full-service drive-thrus at our Normandy, Summerwood and Crosby locations. See our modified services chart below. 

To ensure your needs are met, while avoiding extended wait times due to lobby occupancy limitations, we are now offering online appointment scheduling to our membership.

Modified Member Services

Senior Hour

In an effort to further protect our senior members, all branch locations will host a senior hour every Wednesday from 8AM to 9AM.

This benefit is extended exclusively to our senior citizen members.
